FASHION TRENDS: What To Look Out For This Paris Fashion Week Season — From Rihanna’s second Fenty x Puma presentation to Anthony Vaccarello’s Saint Laurent debut, here are some tips on what’s happening on the runways this season.

Paris Fashion Week is just about to happen from September 26 – October 3, 2017, rounding out the whirlwind four-city spring fashion month. And Daily Design News presents a look at what you should look out for during these days in the City of Light.

RIHANNA AT FENTY x PUMA

Rihanna is coming to the City of Light to showcase her second Fenty x Puma collection on Wednesday. With live stream exclusively on Tidal, for both members and non-members of the music streaming service, the pop star and designer will host two shows (one at 7:30 p.m. and the other at 8:30 p.m. Paris time).

BOUCHRA JARRAR AT LANVIN

Bouchra Jarrar, who was named the new artistic director of Lanvin in March, will showcase what she has to offer for the Parisian fashion house on Wednesday, Sept. 28. If there’s anything we know about Jarrar, it’s that she can create a mean tailored suit.

SOLO ACT AT VALENTINO

Pierpaolo Piccioli will make his solo debut for Valentino on Tuesday, Oct. 4. Though Valentino hasn’t made any official announcements, don’t be surprised if the luxury label takes part in the “see-now, buy-now” model.

MARIA GRAZIA CHIURI AT DIOR

Maria Grazia Chiuri, who succeeds Raf Simons, will be the first female creative director to take the lead at the luxury label, presenting her first collection for Dior on Friday. After spending 17 years at Valentino with co-creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli, Chiuri parted ways with the fashion house.

ANTHONY VACCARELLO AT SAINT LAURENT

Named Saint Laurent‘s new creative director in April, Anthony Vaccarello is presenting his first collection for the French fashion house on Tuesday. The runway show, scheduled to be held in the 7th arrondissement, will reveal all.
