The GoodTime Hotel is all about having a good time, and that was Pharell Williams and David Grutman‘s dream, that the interior designer Ken Fulk made reality. It was just last month, on April 8, that the boutique hotel finally opened in South Beach, Miami. Just hearing the name, you can feel the optimism and cheerfulness that surrounds it – let us introduce you to this charming project made for fun and blissful moments.
This hotel overview immediately makes you feel the good energy in the air. With a sweet mix of pinks, greens, and blues that remind us of the good weather and sensations in Florida, there is no doubt: it is a place that everyone would like to visit!

The GoodTime hotel has a state-of-the-art library inspired by Margot Tenenbaum, a character from The Royal Tenenbaums, an American comedy about a dysfunctional family. This space has peachy tones, making it a sweet, fun, and creative place – in keeping with the all-hotel idea of being a place where people feel On Cloud Nine.

You’ll find queen-size doubles or suites in the guest rooms, also with bold tones, with the green and pink decor! The curtains have faces designed by Ken Fulk, and there are also rotary phones, perfect for some candy and heart-to-heart conversation
Pharrell and Ken are enamored with the idea of guests using the leopard print bathrobe not only in the rooms but outside as well. You can’t help but get excited imagining a bunch of people wearing the same bathrobe as if they were in a Wes Anderson movie. Creative and distinctive, that’s the whole vibe of The GoodTime Hotel.
Outside you will find Strawberry Moon, an indoor and outdoor Mediterranean restaurant. The name was inspired by the phase of the moon when Grutman and Williams first signed the deal – That’s So Adorable, Right?
At Strawberry Moon, in The GoodTime Hotel, you will find elegant cabanas, several covered bars, and an outdoor area with fifty shades of pink and trees, plants, and vines – the perfect place to enjoy the weather and the view.
Every detail counts, especially when we’re talking about interior design (what a wonderful work of Ken Fulk): take a look at this entrance area, with the tropical wallpaper. Can’t You Feel The Beat?
At The GoodTime hotel, you can rest, have fun or enjoy a great meal with friends. We can’t think of a better name for it – it’s really about seizing the moment and the best that life has to offer us. Kudos are also due to the architecture by Morris Adjm and the landscape design by RJI Studio.
