Hélène Darroze at The Connaught
Located in London’s The Connaught hotel, Hélène Darroze is as much a notable art gallery as it is a three Michelin-star restaurant. Designed by the interior designer Pierre Yovanovitch, the space both warm and sophisticated! The pair of Damien Hirst collages on the walls is one of the noble aspects of this luxury restaurant. Also, the Connaught has pieces by Horst P. Horst, Josef Albers, and Tadao Ando.
Casa Lever in Midtown, Manhattan
Casa Lever has Andy Warhol’s famous silkscreen portraits on its curved walls, and recently, the luxury restaurant added another 13 portraits, including those of Douglas Cramer, Judy Garland, and Ernesto Esposito. But, in 2019, all of Warhols’ artworks were exchanged for a Damien Hirst collection.

V at Galleria Vik Milano
The modern restaurant V overlooks Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, in Milan, Italy. It features a rotating collection of international artists, and currently, on temporary exhibition is Japanese artist Tomoko Nagai. Her signature pieces, formed of pastel hues, stand out against the bright white walls of the restaurant.

Gotham Restaurant in New York City
Right in the middle of New York’s Greenwich Village, Gotham is a famous luxury restaurant that boasts sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows, loft-like ceilings, and classic postmodernist design motifs, the unpretentious eatery brought on art consultant Emily Santangelo to curate the restaurant’s brand-new art program. Also, he has partnered with the Art of Change to commission five limited-edition prints from well-established international artists.
Sona Restaurant in New York City
Created by the actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Sona offers upscale Indian dishes in a stunning New York City background. She wanted to show the Indian culture both on the plate and on the walls, with a Sunderlande-approved art program featuring only modern and contemporary Indian artists. The collection includes works from painters Rajan Krishnan and Jagdish Swaminathan, photographer Raghu Rai, musician Shoba Broota, and illustrator Laxma Goud.
Red Rooster Overtown in Miami
Home to the historic Lyric Theatre and Knight Beat Club where such stars as Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Sam Cooke, and Aretha Franklin have performed, Miami’s Overtown neighborhood is one of the luxury restaurants one must visit! In a vibrant and colorful space, the impressive art collection is as eclectic as the menu, with works from American artists including Rashid Johnson, Mickalene Thomas, Kara Walker, Pope L., and Hank Willis Thomas.
Red Horse by David Burke in New Jersey
During the COVID-19 pandemic, chef David Burke opened four new restaurants in New Jersey. The latest, Red Horse by David Burke, is set to open in an elegant Victorian structure. An enthusiastic contemporary art collector, Burke found an enigmatic oil painting of a red horse by Vietnamese artist Tuan Tran and became so taken with it that he bought it on the spot and named his restaurant after it.
Atlas Restaurant
On the second floor of St. Regis Atlanta, Atlas is a formal dining room and cozy tavern, which’s basically a museum-quality art gallery that happens to serve traditional foods. The interior designer, Bill Johnson, decorated the moody space, which features dark walls and brightly colored furniture with the restaurant’s art collection in mind. With more than two dozen paintings from the acclaimed Lewis Collection, Atlas luxury restaurant provides customers the opportunity to eat between an exhibition of quintessential 20th-century artists, including Marc Chagall, Claude Monet, Tsuguharu Foujita, Chaim Soutine, and Pablo Picasso.
Carbone Restaurant in Miami
Maybe New York’s most exclusive Italian luxury restaurant restaurant, Carbone just opened a new space in Miami. The Florida restaurant was designed by the maximalist interior designer Ken Fulk, who provided the massive space in luxurious leather, jewel-toned velvet, and Murano glass that turned into an elegant and sexy interior. Also, the art collection, curated by gallerist Vito Schnabel, complements the rich interiors, including Robert Nava, Julian Schnabel, Gus Van Sant, and Harmony Korine’s works!
Lola 41 in Palm Beach
Boutique luxury hotel White Elephant’s resident restaurant in Palm Beach’s coastal, Lola 41 has playful paintings by Austrian artist Bernhard Buhmann on more than one wall. This luxury restaurant is a globally inspired bistro, with Brazilian-born restaurateur, Marco Coelho at the helm is a case study in chic interiors and contemporary art, chosen by Santangelo.
