Designed by Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill Architecture, the World’s Tallest Residential Building is located in the New York’s Billionaire’s Row, and is 1,550 feet tall.
New York never stops to amaze when it comes to its breathtaking buildings. And the last one is no different. There’s a reason it has the world record of the world’s tallest building.
Located in Central Park Tower, this angular, “icicle-like glass tower” stans at 1,550 feet tall with 131 floors. If it was not obvious already, it offers unbeatable views of Central Park and Manhattan. The exterior of it it’s inspired by luxury but it still has a minimal aesthetic, with a modern classic style.
“The exterior aesthetic was envisioned as one of tailored elegance (…) We strove to develop an expression that was specific to the massing ensemble and orientation of the tower.”Gordon Hill
This building has 179 luxury residences – most of them already occupied – are design by Rottet Studio, which is a master of chic minimalism. But of course, this level of luxury does not come cheap. Starting on the 32nd floor, the residence is priced at 6.5. million dollars and up. The homes range from one to four-bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The building also comes with an exclusive private club called the Central Park Club that has 50,000 square feet of luxury across three floors – including a dining room and a kitchen -. But it does not stop there.
The building also offers an outdoor terrace with a 60-foot swimming pool, a bar, and waiter service to your lounge chair.
If you had the money, would you move into this building?
