Besides being a superstar singer she is also the CEO of the brand Fenty, now if a lingerie line, evaluated in more than 1 Billion dollars. Besides her incredible fashion sense, she also has a record of owning or renting some of the best Los Angeles homes where the luxury lifestyle is visible.

6.9 Million Property: The First one.
Her first home after she made it big in the music industry was around the year 2009. She bought a 6.9.million dollar mansion in the Beverly Hills Post Office area of Los Angeles. The house had 8,520-square-foot, 8 bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms. There were also three-quarters of an acre and a pool.

Property in the East Coast for 50k a month
A few homes later, Rihanna moved to the East Coast into a 50k per month penthouse in Manhattan. The house has 7,000 square feet, with a 2,400-square-foot wraparound terrace. With two top floors and a floating staircase, the home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The best part? A view of the Empire State Building all to herself.
Property The Fortress
After dealing with stalkers in her previous homes, Rihanna sought security in a property called the Fortress, an incredible home by David Lawrence Gray Architects. It’s a 10,000 square-foot-dwelling property that has a 40-foot ceiling, steel beams, and walls of glass. The singer paid around 60k a month and moved out in 2017.
A Property at the Hamptons
During the pandemic, the Savage CEO splashed out 415k a month for a rental in the Hamptons. The property has got 6,140-square-foot waterfront, five bedrooms, and six bathrooms. This house was also the place where the Kardashian shoot a season of their reality show. Safe to say that’s celebrities love the home!
