Brands are increasingly looking for alternatives to present their collections in innovative ways. In an unprecedented partnership, Balmain joins forces with “Channel 4” to create a dramatic series with his Fall-Winter 2021 pieces!

Called ” Fracture”, the novelty is produced by Pretty Bird, directed by Bradley & Pablo, and features 5 episodes of 8 minutes each. The plot takes place at the isolated Le Rêve hotel on the outskirts of Los Angeles, a no-frills but charming place for a host of amusing characters.

There’s the mysterious Mya, played by Jesse Jo Stark, a struggling singer-songwriter who fled her privileged life in New York for a lonely hotel existence. In the series we can also follow the characters played by Charles Melton (known as “Riverdale”), Tommy Dorfman (from the series “13 Reasons Why”), and Ajani Russell (from “Betty” on HBO).

“Fracture” helps make clear Balmain’s determination to continue to break down barriers and engage in unexpected, engaging, and fun ways with lovers of fashion, music, and design,” said Balmain Creative Director Olivier Rousteing in an official statement.
