The authentic solid walnut blade can be used to grip whether you’re cutting, grinding, or scooping up ingredients off the cutting board with its wide blade, also used to wield as it slices through the lettuce and other vegetables with no fuss.

Designed for Maison MilanThe Knife’s is a wooden knife with a solid walnut blade that will slice through lettuce and vegetables with ease while its cast-iron handle grinds spices, salt, pepper, and nuts, just like a mortar and pestle.

This reinvention of the knife comes courtesy of designer Chifen Cheng in collaboration with Maison Milan. The butt of the handle grinds salt, pepper, spices, and nuts effortlessly, like a mortar and pestle. The wide wooden blade is also just right for scooping ingredients into a pan.

Easy to grip, loved by kids, and approved by parents, this new-look cast-iron and wood knife has standout appeal in any kitchen.
